Overview

One of the images in a tile may appear corrupted, and seems moved in a wrong position as shown in the below screenshot:

Diagnosis

The browser console shows: "Malformed UTF-8 data":

Solution

The issue is most likely caused by a corrupted image.

Re-upload the image with a different name, in order to avoid the old image to be served by local and CDN caches. If it does not work, try with a completely different image.

If this does not solve the issue, open a ticket into the Jive Support Portal.
