Overview

In your Jive Cloud instance, you notice that the filtering based on tags doesn't work when the Content category names include one or more tag keywords from the following list:

• tag
• action
• finalized
• outdated
• showall
• objecttype

These can be included as a whole string or a sub-string (example, lasertag or staging) in the Content category names for this issue to occur.

Solution

This issue was resolved in Jive Cloud release 3006.9 with the issue key JVCLD-57955 (release notes on Worx). While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
