Overview

You may notice that when the users use the Copy function to create new Content, quests are not automatically rewarded despite correct Rewards configuration. This occurs because the Document's Create a copy event is not interpreted as Content creation by Rewards Engine.

Solution

This issue was identified as a bug (issue key JVCLD-36494) and resolved in our new Jive Cloud release. We recommend upgrading to the latest Jive Cloud release to mitigate this issue. While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.

Testing

After the upgrade, the Content created using the Copy function should reward the quests if configured as expected.
