Overview

When pasting RTE (Rich Text Editor) while editing a document, it scrolls to the top of the page preventing the user from seeing the typing field.

The issue also affects the comments section and the following contents: Blogpost, ECC.

Environment

Jive HOP (Hosted/On-Prem) 9.0.5

Reproduction Steps

1. Open any document.
2. Type a few words within the comment field until the RTE disappears from view.
3. Paste any text in the comment and see if it scrolls up to the top page.

Resolution

Upgrade to Jive HOP 9.0.7 or later to apply the fix.
