On Jive Hosted or On-premise instances, after using @mention to tag a user in the Rich Text Editor (RTE), the cursor goes out of focus from the editor. This forces the users to click on the editor again to be able to continue typing.

This issue was identified as a bug and fixed in Jive HOP 9.7.2 with the issue key JVHOPST-50356 (release notes on Worx). Please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive for upgrading your Jive instance to mitigate this issue.
