Overview

This article provides information for users, who are unable to create Image content in Jive Daily.

Reproduction Steps

1. Log into the Jive Daily hosted app on an iOS device (12.2 version).
2. Navigate to Create > Image.
3. Select an image from the device.
4. Click Post.

Actual Behavior

The process is stuck in an infinite loop.

Expected Behavior

The image is seen posted on the instance.

Information

The issue is only seen with the Jive instance version 9.0.4. Upgrading the instance to version 9.0.5 or higher will resolve the issue.
