Overview

You want to create Ideas content in a group via email. You are trying to generate a vCard for the group, but you don’t see the “Idea” option at all.

This is a known issue in Jive Cloud, which was fixed in Jive Cloud 3006.0.0.

While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
