Overview

You find that Blog Views don't increment in Place analytics.

• The Analytics tab of a Space or Social Group shows a low number of views.

• This number is lower than what you can see in an Analytics Export (DES Explorer).

Blog Posts form a large portion of the content in the affected Space or Group.

You are on a Jive Cloud instance.

This is a known issue that was resolved in Jive Cloud Version 3006.8.

While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
