Overview

Users have received unexpected event cancellation notices for events that have already ended in the past. The events in question were inside a Project or a Social Group that was recently deleted.

This affects Jive Cloud 3005.2.3 to 3006.3.

Information

This is a known bug that was fixed in Jive Cloud 3006.4 with the issue key JVCLD-37185. While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
