You want to track the number of searches done on your Jive platform.

Solution

The Analytics Export tool can be used for this. It's UI version is available only for Cloud instances. Hosted Jive instances can use the APIs.

• If you prefer to extract this information using a script, it is possible. The results for Cloud instances are typically in CSV format and offer insightful data. You can create a script that uses the API to extract the data you need.
