Overview

The users have reported that they are not being able to save their progress after the prolonged editing sessions. This article provides a resolution for this problem.

Root Cause

This happens when the session in the browser expires and it needs to re-authenticate for security reasons. 

Resolution

Follow the steps below:

1. Open a new tab with Jive and reauthenticate.
2. Go to the document and save.
