Overview

Your Jive site has unexpectedly gone into maintenance mode. Users are seeing the maintenance page when they try to access Jive.

Solution

This usually happens if one or more web nodes go down due to a problem. You can try resolving it yourself, if you are on a Hosted instance, by doing a rolling restart. Else please raise a support request to get help.

You can browse to the customer’s instance on JCA and see if any web nodes are down.

You can restart the affected node.

If the restart does not fix the problem or if you don’t find any affected nodes, please raise an Engineering Jira. If the affected instance is a Hosted instance, then use JVHOPST. If the affected instance is a Cloud instance, then use JVCLD.
