Overview

You are looking for the Profile Completion Report, and cannot find it in Analytics. You use this report for information on active & licensed users.

Information

Cloud Analytics used to previously have a report called the Profile Completion Report. This has been deprecated in May 2020 for Jive Cloud. Customers can now use the License Usage Report on the Admin Console (CloudCore 3006.2 onwards).

Note: The Profile Completion report is still available in the Community Manager Reports (CMR) Plugin which runs on some On-Premise and Hosted instances.

Active users are users who have logged in at least once in the past 30 days, while License users have logged in at least once since creation or registration. License users count toward the user allocation for your instance. To access the License Usage Report, navigate to: Admin Console> System> Management> License Usage
