Overview
In the Jive database, the jivevideo table stores all the information about uploaded videos. You may notice that the duration column in this table, which denotes the video duration, has the value of 0 for some or all videos.
Information
The duration column in the jivevideo table is only updated when using the Hyland (previously known as Perceptive or Twitage) as the Video provider. This column is not updated (and left at the default value of 0) for videos that are uploaded using AWS as the Video provider.
In case the community was migrated from Hyland to AWS, the older videos may still have the video's duration updated but any video uploaded after the migration will show the duration column's value as 0.
In any case, this does not impact the video upload or playback in your Jive community in any manner.
