Overview

News streams that have been set up for specific groups of users are not populating based on the language filter. For example, a news stream that is meant to only display English blog posts to users who have English selected as their language is also displaying French blog posts to those users.

Solution

This issue was identified as a bug and now has been resolved in the new Jive Cloud releases. While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
