Overview

Private fields are unintentionally shown in the Profile Completion Report. For example, the LinkedIn field is private to a Community Manager user but it is still shown in the Profile Completion Report for that same user.

Environment 

• Profile Completion Reports are Available in Jive Hosted/On-Prem (with Community Manager Reports plugin).
• Profile Completion Reports are deprecated in Community Analytics (Cloud Analytics).

Resolution

1. Go to Admin console > People > Settings > Global Profile settings after you make a change, you will see the rebuild index button. Refresh if needed.
2. Run Rebuild Index.

Confirmation

The next time the Profile Completion Report is generated, only the authorized fields will be shown to the user who generates it according to the assigned access permissions.
