This article explains why the 'Last Login' (lastloggedIn) for the primary admin account (ID 1) in the jiveuser table is continuously updated every 5-10 minutes.

The primary admin account (ID 1) is an account used in Hosted and Cloud instances by the NOC (Network Operations Center) team to monitor and test your instance for performance issues and outages, to ensure stability, and resolve issues before they become a serious concern.

The reason why 'Last Login' is updating for the admin user is that there are different internal processes in place running in the background, and they use the admin login.
