We are trying to connect Jive, or a component of Jive, to a MongoDB database using an x509 or other type of connection. How can we get assistance for this type of connection?

To receive assistance with setting up this type of connection, an engagement with Jive Professional Services will have to be evaluated. Please contact your account executive, account manager, or customer success manager informing them of the details of your request.

The MongoDB database engine is not included in the list of supported database engines for Jive, and as such this type of request is outside the Jive Support Team's scope of work.
