After clicking on a link in a Jive email notification, users are directed to a page that says "Not Found - The item does not exist, it may have been deleted".

This issue was resolved by the Jive Engineering team and the fix was deployed to all Jive Cloud customers on September 26, 2020. The code for the fix is JVCLD-38124.
