A user is not receiving email notifications when a file (attachment) is uploaded or if an existing file is edited.

• The user is receiving email notifications if Jive Documents are edited or created.
• You are on a FEDRAMP version of Jive.

The FEDRAMP team has identified this as a bug and escalated it to Engineering for resolution.
