Overview

A user reported that while reading mail in Collaborate Inbox, they are unable to see the previous responses on the initial message when the "show earlier " option is clicked.

No error is present; the functionality just stops once it hits the maximum number of responses (over 300+ replies).

Environment

Jive Interactive Intranet-Core: Jive Platform-Jive Hosted 9.0.2

Reproduction Steps

1. Use Jive Hosted 9.0.2
2. Go to inbox.
3. Open a piece of content with a large number of responses.
4. Click Show Earlier.

Expected Result

• All messages should display.

Actual Result

• On content pieces with over 300+ replies, the functionality is degraded and does not work.
  
  

Root Cause

Limitations are in place, the functionality works as intended on version 9.0.2 hosted.

Resolution

The bug was identified and was labeled as non re-produced in 9.0.6 Hosted and marked closed.

Upgrade to version 9.0.6 or higher.
