After a data refresh or an upgrade has taken place for your pre-production community, you have noticed that the external users in that community have had @localhost added to the end of their email addresses.

Inform the customer that you have engaged an internal team to resolve this issue, and then relay any information that the Jive Edge team asks you to provide to the customer.
