The customer would see the impact metrics show a red bar error.

Environment

 Jive Interactive Intranet Cloud and Hosted

Resolution

This error is caused by performance issues in the analytics service. In order to get rid of the error a timeout needs to be increased on the instance's system properties:

jive-im-cloud-analytics.http.socket.timeout = 32000

This will resolve the issue temporarily, but overall the whole of the analytics cluster needs to be improved with regards to performance.
