Overview

The user who posted a discussion cannot see Impact Metrics after any user has made a comment/response on the discussion.

• This does not affect Administrators.

Solution

This is a known issue (JVCLD-84608) that has been fixed in Jive Cloud 3006.2 (See release notes).

While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
