Overview

You have recently upgraded your Preview instance of Jive and refreshed data from Production to Preview. You find that Impact Metrics for some content has discrepancies - the numbers in Preview don’t match those in Production.

Information

Analytics data is copied from Production to UAT/Preview when doing a data refresh. This is a point-in-time copy. I.e. if users log in to either instance after the refresh and view documents, those documents will have different data in Impact Metrics.

Thus, the analytics data is different for UAT/Preview and Production Instances. They cannot be compared for copied content.
