'Not Found' Error seen During Space Access

Overview

Some of your users are encountering an issue where they are unable to access a specific Space or a sub-Space on their platform and receiving a 'Not Found' error.

Solution

To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:

  1. Clear the System and Application cache.
  2. Perform a Rolling Restart of your instances.

After these actions, the Space/s should load correctly in all tested scenarios.
