Information

The Jive Connector for WebEx is currently undergoing a re-design with regards to support for logging in to a WebEx instance that uses Single Sign-On (SSO). Errors that appear when using this addon with an SSO-enabled WebEx instance will not be addressed until this re-design is complete.

If you are unsure as to whether your WebEx instance utilizes SSO, please contact your organization's IT team.
