This article provides two ways of adding an event to the Outlook calendar.

Process

The .ics file for the Jive Event in Outlook is available for download in two ways:

• The user selects Actions > Add to calendar.
• The user is individually invited to an event through an email notification with a link to the .ics file.

Confirmation

The event should be added to the Outlook calendar without any issues.
