Overview

The user is unable to insert or paste an image in the document. When the user clicks insert nothing happens. The user wants to know the supported image formats.

Resolution

• Check image format. The format should be one of the following:
  • .GIF
  • .JPEG
  • .PNG 
• Avoid the following formats:
  • .WebP
  • .psd
  • .tiff
