Overview

Since Jive version 2019.2, the option to change the font to a specific size in the RTE (Rich Text Editor) has been lost. You cannot specify any font size other than the ones which are already listed. For example, you cannot specify the font size as 14px as it is not listed in the available options; you need to edit the HTML code to select such font sizes.

This article provides a couple of workarounds to this issue.

There are a couple of workarounds available to circumvent this issue.

Workaround-1

• You can edit the HTML code and select the desired font size.

Workaround-2

• You can select among the available font sizes, for example:
  • If you need a bit smaller font size, then select the one such as 13px.
  • If you need a little larger font size, then select 15px which is considered the standard font size.
