Overview

This article guides you on how to increase the maximum upload file size.
The default max upload size limit is 50 MB.

Environment

• Jive Interactive Intranet
• Account Support

Process

1. Go to Jive Admin Console > System > Settings > Documents.
2. Edit and update the max upload document size value:
   
3. NOTES:
   • Uploading more than the default 50 MB does not generate a preview
   • This setting is not available for Cloud and Hosted Customers - you need to open a ticket into the Jive Support Portal in order to request for this setting to be changed by a Support Agent.
