Overview
On adding a user's blog to the News stream (so that all the users could see the posts), the administrator is not able to find the blog. Instead, the following error is received:
No matching users or places found. If you're entering an email address, please continue typing.

Information
This issue occurs when the user does not have any published blog posts, so the place does not exist yet. Once a blog has a post published, a rule for it can be created to add it to the stream.
