After adding a video to be displayed in the Multi-Language Featured Video Tile, the video does not appear, and the tile appears to be empty or blank.

The Multi-Language Featured Video Tile is no longer supported in Jive Cloud. To resolve this issue, a new engagement with the Jive Professional Services Team is required.
