Overview
The customer encounters the XML Parser exception in Record Retention module. While analyzing the logs you will notice that the specific entries are not processing due to missing fields.
The following exception indicates that a mandatory field in the Jive XML file - 'ResourceName' is blank/null.

Resolution
This issue will be fixed via the latest version of the CMR plugin and its corresponding version of Jive 9.0.7 or higher.
