Unable to See Emails on the Reading Pane in Jive for Outlook

Overview

When using Jive for Outlook, emails received appears empty or blank in the Outlook reading pane.

Environment

  • Jive Interactive Intranet
  • Outlook Add-In version 30.7.61

Resolution

Update to Jive for Outlook version 30.7.63 to apply the fix. Refer to the article How to upgrade to the latest version of the Jive for Office / Jive for Outlook plug-in.
