Overview

Some cards for some spaces are not returned in the results of a Spotlight Search on Jive Hosted / On-Premise sites.

Environment

Jive HOP 9.0.1

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a new user (to have a clean social history).
2. Create an open group with the name aurea test group2.
3. Create an open group with the name aurea test group3.
4. Create an open group with the name aurea test group4.
5. Create an open group with the name aurea test group creation and modification date a year in the past.
6. Click on Spotlight Search and type aurea test group. The results are as follows:
   • Current Behaviour: The aurea test group is not presented as a perfect match with its card within the results.
   • Expected Behaviour: The aurea test group should have their cards/perfect match returned in the main search results.

Root Cause

This is a known issue: JVHOPST-249

Resolution

This defect is fixed and released in version 9.0.6.
