Overview

When a customer tries to load a file or several files using the move method (drag and drop) it does not work.
The customer cannot upload multiple files at once for publishing.

Replication Steps

1. Log in to the instance.
2. Click Create > Files and drag the file saved locally to the upload file section.
3. Fill in the description and select the place where you want to publish the file.
4. Click Publish.

Outcome

The page just scrolls up and the file is not published.

Resolution

Upgrade to Jive version 9.0.8 to apply the fix.
