Overview

When you click on the Sidebar button of a document preview, you see the message "Search not available." appearing in the Search box.

Please upgrade to the latest version as the issue has been fixed in version 9.7.

The search functionality in the sidebar of document previews was earlier not intended to appear for hosted instances as this feature was only supported for Jive Cloud. The appearance of this textbox in the document preview sidebar in a hosted community was earlier considered a defect, but has subsequently been resolved by the Jive Engineering Team.
