Overview
You notice that the Google Fonts do not render properly in the Jive Solutions Countdown tile (previously called Jive Extension Pack - JEP). You may also additionally see the ReferenceError: helpers is not defined error in the web browser's console.
Information
This was identified as a bug and fixed in the Countdown tile version 1.0.11 (release notes on Worx). You are advised to download the latest version of the Countdown tile through Thrunic (access provided by the Professional Services) and upgrade the tile in your instance to resolve this issue.
