Overview

Convert to Discussion feature of Jive for Outlook is creating a discussion with comments in the same order as shown within an outlook interface. The first message at the top (which we expect to be the origin of the conversation) is actually the most recent reply, and the last comment at the bottom (which we expect to be a recent email on the conversation) is the first email.

Resolution

• This was an issue with versions of Jive for Outlook of 30.7.60 or lower.  
• Download the latest version of Jive For Outlook plugin from 30.7.63 or higher and upgrade.

Note:  If you are on a higher version and this issue still persists, please open a support case with the exact replication steps.
